Eat like you give a shit.

This week we are pleased to welcome Charles Mayfield.  Charles is co-author of several Paleo cookbooks and the brains behind PaleoComfortFoods.com.  When he’s not whipping up delicious recipes with his wife, you can find him running two gyms under the Atlanta Strength and Conditioning umbrella.

Charles found training after having been a basketball player himself for many years.  His love for competition and comaraderie soon manifested in the operation of his very own facility.

Since then, he’s been rubbing elbows with the who’s who of Paleo Nutrition like our good buddy Robb Wolf.  Additionally, Charles’ primary training and lifestyle influences are none other than former podcast guests Dan John, Jim Laird, and of course our own, John Welbourn.

Not only does Charles spill the legumes about an exciting new Paleo publication, but he discusses the highly anticipated Cube Summit.  This meeting of the top minds in performance and nutrition will be held on 17 October, 2015 in Atlanta.  For more information on the epic weekend event you’ll have to tune in…
