Welcome to Business School

Craig “Patty” Patterson of Mad Lab Fitness @madlabschooloffitness in Vancouver is on of the OGs of CrossFit. He has watched the trend of fitness ebb and flow from the authentic to the replicable. But, what makes Patty unique is his ability to weather the trends and create an environment that has real longevity. If you’re living from Groupon promo to Groupon promo, according to Patty – you’re missing the bigger picture and your numbers most likely reflect that.

There is a history behind CrossFit that few adopters are familiar with. Take a trip down memory lane with Craig Patterson and learn how a few personal training sessions turned into a few group sessions and eventually, a movement. What ensued after was the growth of an entire industry of fitness and brand new coaches. How many of those original affiliates/gyms are still in business after all these years? Patty has your answer. Find out how your gym can stand the test of time and trend.

EMPOWER YOUR PERFORMANCE.
