All Grows’d Up

THIS WEEK we answer very few of your questions but probe each other…for answers…that will unlock the mysteries of the Universe, conspiracy theories, difficult personalities, and the movie – Conspiracy Theory. We welcome infrequent special guest and expert in brevity, John Welbourn, to explore cultural phenomenas. Discussion topics include car racing side hustles, the art of bloody knuckles, and respectable instahoes. When you feel like social media has bombarded you with about as much self help and cliche motivation as you can take, have a listen to these idiots.

All kidding aside, what an amazing ride this has been. We have had the pleasure of hosting countless phenomenal leaders, scientists, doctors, authors, coaches, and friends. I was stoked to be in town to sit down and recap with the guys while I was in town this week. Yes, I laughed a lot. I can’t help it because…I’m an idiot. Enjoy the barn banter straight from HQ.

EMPOWER YOUR PERFORMANCE.
