Break The Bad Coach Cycle

Vernon Griffith [@vernongriffith4] sees coaching as an opportunity to provide athletes the leadership and direction that he lacked as a youth athlete himself. While this is a departure from most coach’s come-up stories, it provides an interesting filter for someone who wanted to break the cycle of poor and impersonal coaching.

Currently Griffith operates Virginia High Performance [@VirginiaHighPerformance] and works with an array of civilians and veterans utilizing a scientific approach to training. Hear about what makes his facility unique and why his approach is yielding incredible performance. Also, an above average amount of Megan Fox conversation. Yep, this podcast has something for everyone.

Do you yearn to learn? There is no substitute for putting in the hours with your athletes. No Matrix plug in app. Just painstaking time spent coaching up the performance of your team. This week’s guest, Vernon Griffith [@VernonGriffith4] of Virginia High Performance brings his expertise of working with adaptive athletes, collegiate athletes, and tactical athletes. He also throws his two cents in on big controversies like Megan Fox vs the new Transformers girl and is it Turtles ON a Halfshell or Turtles IN a halfshell? The riveting results are just a listen away…

EMPOWER YOUR PERFORMANCE.
